Your personal training analysis and plan will include:

Fitness Test
An assessment of your present fitness level including body measurement, body fat testing, resting heart rate, body fat, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and restructuring of your current fitness system.

Nutritional Consultation Our nutritionist can help you develop a personal fitness plan for healthy eating and weight management.

You will: Learn to eat right
Make wise food choices
Lose weight and keep it off
Reach your goal weight safely
Learn how to work with your busy schedule and still eat healthy. Also, learn the importance of balance in your diet and how to get it.

Regular Re-Evaluations
Maintenance plans and regular re-evaluations can be scheduled with your personal trainer every 6-8 weeks as needed.

180 Degree Team Weight Loss Challenge
1 Trainer. 3 teammates.
2x per week for 10 weeks.

How it works: you and two buddies form a team and train twice per week for 10 weeks. Under the guidance of your Trainer, whichever team loses the most weight (in lbs) in ten weeks wins $150 Visa Gift Cards for each teammate!

There is also a prize for the individual who loses the most weight in pounds.

NANCY SHERNANCY SHER
Nancy is a self-described lifelong gym rat. She began gymnastics at the age of 5 and continued through high school, where the balance beam became her specialty. By eighth grade, she began aerobics, running and weight training. Knee problems and a bout with post-partum depression made her realize just how much one needs to put oneself first. If you don't take care of yourself and your health, you can't take care of anyone or anything! Her years in gymnastics also showed her how important dedication and hard work are for results. Nancy is a certified in personal training and nutrition through NPTI and is also certified in TRX Suspension Training.

"When I first started at the gym in late September, 2009 I did not plan to use a personal trainer except for the one hour each month included in the membership fee. I felt I was too old, overweight and out of shape to be able to work effectively with a personal trainer. I thought personal trainers were really for those who were already in shape and wanted to move to a higher level. I thought I had to lose weight before I ever considered working with a trainer. I don't know how she did it, but during one of my free personal training hours, Nancy Sher convinced me I was wrong and should try working with a trainer to speed my weight loss and improve muscle tone. Perhaps it was her ability to alter exercises to accommodate my bad knees or my lack of progress working out on my own; I'm not really sure what it was but I now know that the day I met Nancy was one of my luckiest days. Don't let Nancy's small stature and sweet smile fool you. She is one tough trainer. She knows how to motivate people to want to do more. For 10 weeks she trained me and two others in a team 180 group. Every workout was different and I found myself doing things I could never imagine being able to do. She pushed all of us to work harder and to never say, "I can't do that". Even in the workouts she modified the exercises so we could all fully participate. In the ten weeks I worked with Nancy I lost more than 2 pounds and 2 inches each week. I have seen my stamina increase and have become acquainted with muscles I forgot existed. I credit Nancy and her dedication for the progress I've made."
