Go to the XTREME with your workout! Our Xtreme Training class is a more intense version of our Interval Training class. Designed for those individuals at an intermediate level, Xtreme Training takes our heart pumping cardio and weight exercises and takes them to the next level. By putting these exercises into a Boot Camp style, this class gets a makeover for a more intense workout and really gets your heart going.
