AFC offers a variety of nutrition services to fit every individual's needs. Services include weight loss/ management, sports nutrition, management of diet-related health conditions, or simply learning basic nutrition principles. At AFC we hold the highest standards; the staff dietitian, along with the entire staff at AFC, is highly qualified and our goal is to guide you along your path to wellness.

We're glad you're here, and that you've taken the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. But exercise is only a supplement to this lifestyle - nutrition is paramount. We understand that everyone is different, and it's ok if you need a little help - that's what we're here for. We will help you identify your goals, determine the best way to get there, and give you the education you need to make it happen.

Meet our Registered Dieticians:

Jillian is a Registered Dietitian and licensed dietitian nutritionist through the state of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of LaSalle University where she also completed her internship. During her 1200 hours of interning she was placed at Einstein medical center, Willow Terrace Nursing Home, MANNA, and The School District of Philadelphia, giving her a wide range of experiences in Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling. Along with being a dietitian at our Feasterville location, she has been working at our Philadelphia location where she specializes in weight management and related diseases. Jillian is a mother of 3, and understands the struggles of trying to live a healthy lifestyle while juggle work and family. Because of this, she is a very relatable dietitian who understands the clients and is certain she can help them live a healthier life.

Sam is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for motivating people and working with them to achieve individual success. Sam grew up in Stone Harbor, New Jersey and has been in the food industry his entire life. He has worked as his parents' restaurant in North Wildwood, as well as many others, throughout his early years. Sam took that culinary knowledge and love of science to La Salle university to study nutrition, and graduated at the top of his class while also playing Division I Tennis and serving as the team captain. During his time at La Salle, Sam worked as a laboratory technician at the Monell Chemical Senses Center and also volunteered at local hospitals.  Upon graduating La Salle, Sam spent a year in San Diego working for the Veterans Affairs Healthcare Administration to obtain a Registered Dietitian (RD) Credential. Sam then worked for a human performance company in Washington, D.C. individualizing diets for clients for optimal performance both physically and cognitively. Sam has a wealth of knowledge in the nutrition world, but also believes that it takes personal skills to relate to clients to help them understand exactly what they need to know to attain the specific goals they are looking for.

Brittany Graber is a certified Registered Dietitian and state licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University from the Eberly College of Science with her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and a minor in Psychology. She completed her dietetic internship through Sodexo's Philadelphia/New Jersey program.

Brittany is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a member of the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN) practice group. Over the past six years, Brittany has been primarily based in clinical settings- primarily long term care, however, remains passionate in the area of wellness and the power of preventative nutrition therapy. Brittany's nutritional philosophy is based on evidence based research and facts, not food trends and fads. Brittany believes food is the most powerful medicine.


All Registered Dietitians are credentialed by the Commission of Dietetic Registration. The R.D. after a name represents a trademark assuring that the person has completed a baccalaureate degree in food and nutrition, completed a dietetic internship of 900 practice hours, and passed a national registration examination in food science, clinical nutrition, food service management, infection standards, education and communication, and community nutrition. An R.D. must also take continuing education classes to keep their credentials.

All Registered Dietitians ARE nutritionists, however a nutritionist is NOT a Registered Dietitian. In New Jersey, there is no licensing for nutritionists yet, and ANYONE can call themselves a nutritionist and have little formal training and/or education. However, Pennsylvania requires a license to practice and is only available to RD's, as a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN).
